$50 for 1, 2 hour session

Taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), this interactive class is designed to prepare new and expectant parents with practical skills and confidence for feeding their baby. In addition to covering the basics—such as positioning, latching, and recognizing feeding cues—you’ll have the opportunity to practice with lifelike dolls and receive real-time guidance in a supportive environment.

We’ll also discuss common challenges, strategies for building milk supply, and ways partners and support people can help. Whether you’re planning to breastfeed exclusively, combine feeding methods, or are simply exploring your options, this class will provide evidence-based information and personalized support to help you start your feeding journey with clarity and confidence.

$375 for 6, 2.5 hour class sessions

Prepare for birth and baby with this comprehensive class that blends Lamaze-based childbirth education with essential new parenting skills. You'll learn proven Lamaze techniques to support a safe, empowered birth—including breathing, relaxation, movement, and informed decision-making.

We’ll also cover key topics to help you feel confident bringing baby home, including:

  • Infant CPR and safety basics

  • Car seat use and installation tips

  • Breastfeeding foundations for a strong start

Perfect for first-time parents or anyone wanting a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to both labor and life with a newborn. Taught in a supportive, small-group setting by a nurse and lactation professional, this class offers practical tools and trusted guidance for your parenting journey. The class fee covers you and a support person of your choice.

$375 for 5, 2.5 hour class sessions

Discover the power of a peaceful, empowered birth with this 5-week Hypnobirth series. Rooted in relaxation, breathwork, and mind-body connection, this course helps you release fear and build confidence as you prepare for a calm, intuitive birth experience.

Each week, we’ll guide you through:

  • Deep relaxation and guided visualization techniques

  • Breathing methods for every stage of labor

  • Understanding the physiology of birth and how to work with your body

  • Partner support and practical tools for a positive birth environment

  • Gentle preparation for postpartum and early bonding

Taught in a supportive, small-group setting by a nurse and birth professional, this course is ideal for those seeking a natural, low-intervention approach to childbirth. Whether you're planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, you'll leave feeling centered, informed, and ready to welcome your baby with calm and confidence. The class fee covers you and a support person of your choice. Virtual & in-person offered.

$50 for 1, 2 hr class session

Learn practical techniques to increase comfort and manage fear during labor in this hands-on class. We'll explore breathing, movement, massage, positioning, and other natural comfort tools to help you feel more confident, supported, and in control during birth. Ideal for new or experienced parents and their support partners.

$75 self pay for initial visits, $50 for first follow up

$250 for a package of 4 consults to be used at any time

$15 for 1, 45 minute session
