Unit 2 – Bonding & Preparation

  • Beginning the bonding process with your baby

  • Choosing care providers and birth environment

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques

  • Instant relaxation exercises

  • Preparing your body for labor

Unit 3 – Advanced Practice

  • Deepening hypnosis and visualization

  • Creating birth preferences

  • Discussing special circumstances

Unit 4 – The Birth Process

  • Overview of labor and birth

  • Pre-labor and early phases

  • When to go to the hospital

  • Partner/companion’s role

  • Breathing exercises

Unit 5 – Birthing & Bonding

  • Optimal positioning

  • The birthing process

  • Early bonding, skin-to-skin, and breastfeeding

They become a trained support anchor with scripts, touch techniques, and calm presence tools.
