Who This Class Is For
This class is designed for first-time and repeat parents who want full, hands-on preparation for labor, birth, and the newborn phase — without pressure, judgment, or “one right way” to give birth.

Understand what’s happening in your body during labor
Learn real comfort measures + positioning for every stage
Include your partner as a true support person
Prepare for birth with or without medication
Learn postpartum recovery + newborn care (not just birth)

What You’ll Learn (Week by Week)
Week 1: Understanding pregnancy: anatomy, hormones, and how your body works with you in pregnancy and birth
Week 2: Understanding the stages of labor. Breath, rhythm, and coping tools (with or without meds)
Week 3: Partner support + hands-on comfort measures
Week 4: The birth process, Decision-making, advocacy, and what to do when plans change.
Week 5: Immediate postpartum, early newborn care, and early feeding basics.
Week 6: Newborn care, well-being plan, Infant CPR, and car seat safety.
Includes: workbook, practice guides, & partner participation every week.

Beyond Birth: Postpartum + Feeding Are Included
Most childbirth classes end when the baby is born.
This one doesn’t.
We cover:

✔ Sleep + soothing foundations
✔ What’s normal, what’s not, and when to call for help
This isn’t a “see you later!” class — it’s prep for the whole transition.

Yes — you’ll learn coping skills for both unmedicated + epidural-supported birth.
