This class is designed for first-time and repeat parents who want full, hands-on preparation for labor, birth, and the newborn phase.

What You’ll Learn (Week by Week)
Week 1: Understanding pregnancy: anatomy, hormones, and how your body works with you in pregnancy and birth.
Week 2: Preparing for labor. Understanding the stages of labor.
Week 3: Partner support + hands-on comfort measures.
Week 4: The birth process, Decision-making, advocacy, and immediate postpartum recovery.
Week 5: Newborn care, Infant CPR, and car seat safety with car seat check.
Week 6: Early breastfeeding and wellbeing plan.
Includes: workbook, practice guides, & partner participation every week.
