CHILDBIRTH CLASSES
Feel prepared, confident, and supported — not overwhelmed.
Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, a medicated birth, a hospital birth, or something else entirely, you deserve more than a quick tour and a packet of handouts.
Our small-group childbirth classes teach you the skills, mindset, and real-life tools you’ll actually use during labor, birth, and the early postpartum weeks.
Why Childbirth Education Matters
Most parents say they left the hospital wishing they’d known more — not because they didn’t care, but because no one prepared them for:
What labor actually feels like
How to cope with contractions (with or without medication)
How partners can offer real support
How to make decisions when birth shifts
What happens after baby arrives
You don’t rise to the occasion during birth — you fall back on your preparation.

Common Questions
-
When should we take a childbirth class?
Most families start between 20–32 weeks. Enough time to learn, practice, and build confidence together.
-
Can I bring a support person?
Yes. Your registration includes both you and your support person. It is strongly recommended to bring a support person.
-
What if I already took the hospital class?
Hospital classes focus on procedures. We focus on skills, mindset, and support; the things that actually impact outcomes.
Ready to choose your class?
Two paths. Same goal: a calm, confident birth experience.
