We offer private baby shower experiences held at our Louisville space. These gatherings are facilitated by a Registered Nurse and are designed to provide a calm, welcoming environment for expectant parents and their families. Each option includes guided components that may be educational, reflective, or both, depending on the format selected.
Baby showers are offered in limited numbers each month, one shower per day, Sunday’s only.
The Prepared Parent Baby Shower is a private gathering that focuses on basic infant safety education for expectant parents and the people who will be caring for their baby.
Education is presented in a straightforward, accessible manner. This is not a certification course, but a guided learning experience intended to increase familiarity with essential infant safety topics.

The Calm Beginnings Baby Shower is a quieter, guided experience centered on breathing, relaxation, and emotional preparation for birth and early parenthood. This gathering centers on relaxation and connection.
This option does not include safety instruction or clinical education. It is intended for families who prefer a slower-paced gathering with simple, grounding activities.

Payment & Refund Policy
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the space and date for all baby shower bookings. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
Because baby showers are private, date-specific bookings that require advance preparation, payments are non-refundable once made.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
If we are unable to host the event due to provider illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
