Baby & Me Yoga
A gentle yoga class for caregivers and babies to move, connect, and relax together.
This 45-minute class includes simple yoga poses for caregivers, playful movement with baby, songs, and time to unwind. The focus is on bonding, gentle movement, and creating a welcoming space for caregivers and babies.
No yoga experience is needed.

Babies are welcome to feed, fuss, sleep, or move around as needed during class.
What to Bring
Mats are available, though you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring a blanket for your baby and anything they may need during class.
